Fuglene (“The Birds”) is a vibrant gathering place, where food, culture and community come together. A place that comes to life from the early hours with a coffee in the café to lunch and evening service on the rooftop “Fuglene på Taget” - with the scent of fresh baked bread and, in time, offering a restaurant that feels like a natural extension of the institute’s cultural life.
