Nothing beats a warm, freshly baked cinnamon or cardamom swirl for breakfast, brunch, or even in the evening! Learn how to spread a delicious, soft filling onto the dough. Fold it and explore different techniques for twisting the dough. We bake the proofed swirls, glaze them with sugar syrup – and taste them! Along the way, we’ll enjoy a light dinner and show you how to make swirl dough at home.

Flere Fugle’s swirls are vegan.
